How to access the IT support portal
The IT Support Portal can be accessed by visiting https://helpdesk.steepergroup.com/support/home and clicking on the login button in the top right corner.
To access this service, you need to have had an account created by the IT Team. This is done when you start employment with Steeper or when you send an email to the IT Support email address. You will receive a welcome email with a link to set a password.
If you are employed by Steeper and have either a Steeper, LPC or Steeper USA email address then you can log in by clicking on the button labelled “Sign In with Microsoft Account (Steeper Staff Only) and use the same password that you log into your computer or email account with.
If you are not employed by Steeper but work for a partner company such as the NHS, you can log in using the normal email address and password option.
